El Veganito has the most incredible vegan Mexican food. I am obsessed with these tacos
and you can get their adobada soy meat on loaded fries too! So flavorful and the portions are huge. The staff is always extremely nice too. If I lived any closer I’d be there every weekend. Located in the Grossmont Center food court.
