your plant-based 'meat' choice." ($10) TL;DR version: it's a sammich. Shown here with chicharrón aka fried “pork” which is my favorite of their five meat options. It's super crunchy and chewy and tasty. The tortas are really damn good. The combo of beans and their various meats plus the pico and cabbage and a little of their green or red (spicy) salsa and...yeah, it's that good. Possibly the best ten bucks I've ever spent except I know I've spent that on cute cheap comfortable shoes. Let's say it's the best ten bucks I've ever spent on food.
