El Chulo

I was excited to try this wrap today because it had pickled cucumbers and jalapeños as well as Impossible Stew, which sounded interesting. Unfortunately, I didn’t find this wrap very interesting. It wasn’t bad, just lacked flavour. The unseasoned quinoa kind of took over :(

Shared this with @richap. A nice satisfying meal with black beans, chickpeas, spinach and yummy crackers. A bit spicy. I thought it came with the Impossible topping, labelling was not clear enough. Was quite nice, still enjoyed the Beyond Me more. #vegbuddies

I found El Chulo to be a perfectly well-balanced meal that was flavourful and filling! With the quinoa, black beans, and chickpeas scattered throughout the bowl, I didn't even notice the absence of meat. #vegbuddies @herbimetal
