Even though it is a little bit expensive, the vegan quesadilla is heaven for those
plant-based individuals who grew up with latin american flavours and miss them while away from home... its amazing to see how a group of people from across the Atlantic wakes up early to make and sell tortillas. It really makes you feel at home, while being vegan at the same time. The presentation its beautiful because it simple; just like you will find it in the streets of Mexico City.
