Black Pepper Udon

Adequately peppery, like black pepper crab sauce haha. Ingredients were quite basic - mock ham, mushrooms, veggies

You really do get the black pepper kick with this dish. I guess I'm not really a fan of black pepper, so I thought it was too much for me. The udon was cooked well though, and there are a few types of mushrooms in the dish, which is nice.

This is quite a nice dish, good mix of ingredients and flavor. I’m not really a fan of udon so I wouldn’t like this as much as someone who is.
