Black Pepper Monkeyhead Mushroom

This was really good too! I liked the texture of the mushroom which was abit

chewy and you cant really tell its mushroom straightaway which makes the dish interesting and not boring. The taste of the black pepper really came through as well.

Might be my favourite dish to have with rice. Don’t think I’ve had monkey head

mushroom before and it was really tasty especially with the seasoning #sgeats

Stir fried monkeyhead mushrooms and veggies with nice punch of black pepper. Goes well with

rice!

Black pepper usually spells boring to me so I'm quite indifferent towards that flavour, not

the first thing I'd order but I loved this one! Monkeyhead shrooms were so chunky and meaty, better than any kind of mock meat.

Delicious black pepper mushroom ! Not one for the faint hearted if you don’t like

black pepper as it’s strong in this one. Really nutritious and healthy, good for my mom vegan pals too

Friday lunch with my new team and it was yummy! First time having this dish

and I really enjoyed it. Crunchy veggies with a little peppery kick.

Succulent & meaty Lion's head mushroom morsels with & fresh bell peppers with a rich

black pepper sauce. I love it!

This was pretty good, loved the texture of the monkeyhead mushroom and the sauce makes

it the perfect dish to go with rice!
