Eggs Benedict Muffin

$6.50 for a small delicious sandwich. Hamm, tofu egg, spinach, tomato, cheeze, 'house hollandaise' in an english muffin. #veganisnotscary 85/90

This consisted of vegan eggs and ham, tomato, spinach, and vegan hollandaise sauce (delicious without the egg yolks and melted butter). Very satisfying.
