Eggcelent Benedict

This one was a little disappointing for me. The tofu which was the replacement for egg was not impressive. Rather bland and also a little sourish. The yolk sauce thing was also nothing to wow about. The sourdough bread was nice.

Every bit as divine as it looked ☺️ I think it looks even better defaced, as you can see the unbelievably life-like #carrot #bacon, burned to a crisp 🤤🤤 Easily the best part of the meal! A close second to that was the unadvertised #tofu patty on top, fried just enough to be crusty. The #sourdough and the tofu-based runny #egg made this a delightfully sensuous affair 😋 A new addition to their menu, highly highly recommended 👏
