Egg Benedict

I enjoyed this dish. Beautiful Presentation. Avocado Rose was awesome. Loved the hollandaise sauce. Wasn’t crazy about the vegan egg however I think the concept was really cool!

My favourite vegan breakfast. The vegan egg is made in-house. It’s poached and covered in a vegan hollandaise sauce. Below all this goodness is a sauce layer of vegan bacon. Would highly recommend this breakfast!
