Edamame Tofu

Pretty presentation. Hesitated with green tofu but tasted so good! Likey

Worth every penny. They say it will be topped with fresh mushrooms, but the dish also came with dried lily buds which was a crunchy delight to go with the soft tofu! I love the purée at the bottom which had a subtle sweetness to it.

Beautifully presented dish. It's my usual favourite from this place.

My favourite dish! Good to look, yummy to eat! Another surpise dish made from edamame. Very unique taste topped with fried enoki and pumpkin sauce! 1 piece makes you so full already 🤣

We were recommended this because their housemade charcoal tofu wasn't available. This was a special today and is made out of edamame. Will be on the menu soon. I love the pumpkin puree that goes with the tofu! And to finish it off with baby ok choy and mushrooms 😋
