Walnut “meat” ,wild rice , pico ,lettuce, peppers, onions. Beautiful presentation but the walnuts were

a bit salty for my taste buds and the wild rice had no flavor at all.

I loved it! Tons of different flavors and textures. The perfect taco salad type dish.
