My first time trying baked durian. It's basically durian came out from the ice box
and toast with kitchen torch. The durian is sweet and the taste is really good. The durian flesh is warm on the outside, cold on the inside, with a very light burned taste on the skin. No doubt an interesting experience for me. However, 500g of durian cost $30, so this is definitely a one time thing.
