So delicious! Queso vegan with corn tortillas, Vegan and Gluten free with nut-free Sunflower mole (or ask for the green sauce) , rice and frijoles (beans, garlic and mild chiles). For an additional fee, it’s possible to add Beyond Carne, Jackfruit Carnitas, or plant + chorizo (or salmon, steak, chicken or shrimp) I prefer it without any additions.
