Matcha warabi mochi

Disclaimer: the green tea and soybean warabi mochis are sold separately. I have both of them in one box because I shared them with my friend. Okay this wasn’t how the original one looked like:O it’s a mess here because I left it in my bag and the mochis were flying everywhere in the box. Anyways, these are super super soft and bouncy. They are easier to chew than regular mochis and are also best served cold 🤩 The green tea powder is very aromatic and has the really nice and slightly bitter matcha flavour. But I think $3 is quite pricy for 7 tiny mochis so I probably won’t get it again but it was a decent experience I guess 💸

Nice snack; not too sweet and lots of matcha powder.

It's got a lot of matcha powder as a coating which is kind of dry but the inside is really nice and chewy. It's kind of cold which is really nice but the matcha is very overpowering. Thanks @meowmeowfuzzyface :)
