for a coffee and bagel and you can upsize the coffee for only R4 ! With my upsize and alternative milk it was only about R55 !! So reasonable and delicious !

Very simple but nonetheless, very tasty. Loved the cashew cream spread and the basil pesto.
Though I think most of my love for this is the fact that I haven't had basil pesto in forever because my mom doesn't make food at home with it and restaurants in Durban don't have vegan basil pesto in their dishes. So this was a huge treat for me after not having basil pesto for years.
These bagels are a serious problem... They're way too delicious! Not only that, but Dolce
also has an 'Everyday Special' where you can have any hot drink on their menu, and any bagel for only R50. If that isn't value for money I don't know what is. Usually with these kind of specials they skimp on the ingredients, but that is not the case here. As you take your first bite, the cashew cream cheese just starts pouring out the sides. Their cream cheese and pesto are made right there in their own kitchen and it is amazing. The bagels are also always fresh, soft on the inside, with a little bit of crunch on the outside. I HIGHLY recommend this place if you're looking for an affordable breakfast/lunch option in Observatory. The staff are also always super friendly and helpful.
This was the best vegan bagel I have ever had, the tomato was crisp and
the basil pesto mixed perfectly with the vegan cream cheese.
A delicious bagel, you can’t tell there’s actually no cheese in it. I often have
