Gua Bao

Delicious! My non-vegan partner loved it too. Buns are soft and plump, the BBQ ‘pork’ was mouthwatering. I don’t usually go for nap, but I’d order this again.

BBQ sticky pork. Asian slaw, coriander, peanuts and crispy shallots I know my way around a Bao, and these are at the top of the pile. All of the ingredients are incredibly fresh, well balanced and gentle We could have eaten another two serves
