Carolina Pulled Pork Jackfruit

i had the bbq sliders at the vegan fest this year and they were life changing! I highly enjoyed them and found that they cost reasonably with what’s involved. They feature orange and jackfruit!

It was extremely tasty! The only issue I had was that the balsamic was sticky on the outside! I wish they would’ve insprporated it some other way. I ended up with sticky fingers! The side of collard greens was very zingy and would make me cough maybe lower the acidity in it.
