Dirty Genmaicha Mochi

This is a relatively new vegan cafe with a lot of different bagel flavors! I got this using the app Phenix - 2 leftover bagels at half the price near closing time. This flavor is pretty cool but for me there's way too much mochi. I think mochi should be like...a supporting character but now it overwhelms everything while being quite flavorless. The bagel itself is quite stiff but I think it would be better if microwaved? I probably wouldn't get this flavor again but I'm still glad I got to try it!

The mochi is soft and chewy, i think they used coconut milk to make it (cuz it has some kinda coconutty smell and taste) i added some cream cheeze spread and they go so well with each other !!
