I’ve met people that don’t care for wood ear mushrooms at all and some that
loveee them—- and I am very much the latter. Using the vinegar dressing and sesame oil along with other ingredients, it’s a very simple dish but one that really highlights the mushrooms and doesn’t mask them. The crunchy/“rubbery” (idk if that’s the best word to use😅) texture is sooo satisfying and delightful to me! A great appetizer to try.
