My husband and I always go to this restaurant when we visit Las Vegas.  This is one of our go to dishes.  The bun is very soft and the inside filling is tasty.  I personally dip it in hot chili sauce to amp up the flavor.   I also love that it is very filling.

To their credit, the lack of flavor in the filling implied less use of MSG than you’d find in China or American-Chinese restaurants. The bun was soft and warm but fell a little short of the buns I loved back in Shanghai. I can’t put my finger on the difference. Overall good but monstrously overpriced.
