I love this dish! It’s my favourite thing on the menu and we get it

every time we go to DIn Tai Fung. This serving was extra good because there was lots of garlic!

Ask for these without stock to make them vegan. Simple but fresh and yummy 😋

Yummy, fresh & crunchy. Make sure you ask for the vegetarian version without the meat

stock. You can also request for the version without garlic if you prefer so.

29/30: 10 outta 10 for the wok hei (smoky) taste! The dish looks simple dish,

but boy it's so heavenly! $13++ #veganisnotscary

We have been eating at this place many time but this is the first time

we order Nai Bai .😘 Before I didn’t even know the name for this dish 😘 I thought it is baby bok choy . ..
I liked it very much , well done 👍🥰👍👌 tasty simple vegan greens add in to our meal .

Din Tai Fung does a few stir-fried greens and Nai Bai is something I go

back for more than the others. A perfect side to their Vegetarian Dumplings, I particularly love the large chunks of garlic in this simple vegan version. Ensure the staff knows you are vegetarian/vegan as the greens are otherwise cooked with pork stock.

The stir-fried dou miao with garlic is perhaps my favorite dish at Din Tai Fung.

It is seasoned and perfectly cooked. I could eat an entire menu of just this dish and white rice and be satisfied.

Cooked until tender with garlic these are so tasty and surprisingly full of flavour. Make

sure for vegan to ask for these to be cooked withoit stock.

Doumiao is one of my favourite veggies. This was well done. Light and delicious side.

$12.80++ though!
