Devils On Horseback

I enjoyed this dish. The sauce was really yummy and went well with the main dish. Nice flavor and fresh taste. The cashew cheese is always a crowd pleaser. #MITVegan

This is a small plate/appetizer sized dish made with dates stuffed with cashew cheese and topped with smoked tofu. I think the name is more about the presentation as it’s not spicy hot. The flavor combination is amazing!
