Dolce sicuramente molto originale. Sono palline di patata dolce fritte, croccantine fuori e cremoso dentro, buone ma per me che non amo i fritti il sapore appunto del fritto sovrasta quello delle patate, delle quali si distingue solo la nota dolciastra. Sono servite con gelato a scelta tra gusto tè matcha e cioccolato, per noi matcha, buono e abbastanza cremoso, e una spolverata di biscotto speculoos, ormai più presente del prezzemolo ma che stava comunque bene. La porzione è abbondante quindi si presta bene ad essere condiviso. 🗓 agosto '24 - £ 6,50
