deep fried bean spouts cake

This dish reminds me of my grandpa who cooked this bean spouts cake so deliciously. I am thankful that the cook managed to capture fragrance of the bean spouts even though it is quite mild. It is too deep fried too. It would taste much better if it is pan fried and with a more generous serving of bean sprouts.
