Although not the most authentic , I thoroughly enjoyed my vegan thai noodles. I was
super happy to find a delicious option in a remote Spanish village while doing Camino de Santiago. This came with a side salad, bread, a soft drink, a digestif, and a coffee! 100% recommended to fellow vegans (and non vegans).
