Dan Dan Linguine

Creamy pasta in a spicy #peanut sauce. We came here on a whim, after realising that the vegetarian buffet just down the road was closed and wouldn't be opening for another hour. Ended up glad that we missed the buffet, because all of the food here was delicious! 😋 #vegantravel #veganhongkong

Another fusion dish - dan dan noodles are usually served in soup - that's quite simple but nice. The spice moderately strong though, so it might be better enjoyed with a drink!
