This dish was delicious and very filling. It was seasoned perfectly and the #seitan was soft. “Mlinci” are a type of baked flatbread that is broken into pieces and soaked in hot water or broth before being served. They go great with this pumpkin seed oil and were perfect. The cabbage salad had a nice homemade dressing. I like how their menu combines traditional flavors with health and sustainability. The portions are generous and I almost always have leftovers to take for dinner.
