Japchae 잡채 is surprisingly a simple but savory dish. The

sweet potato noodles paired with different kind of mushrooms and asparagus. I can finish the whole bowl!! Healthy choice!

I ought to break open that #koreanvegan book on my desk 🥲 This #japchae once

again is simply too good & I’m upset that I haven’t the slightest clue how to replicate it. The noodles are simply superb and the portion.. acceptable for S$15 given the class of atmosphere 😗 You’ll find #mushroom in place of a protein, much like that of the Boneless Kitchen https://www.abillion.com/dishes/the-boneless-kitchen-japchae-10098405 which my friend tells me they’re affiliated with anyways 🤷‍♀️ It tastes perfect to me 💯

It's average tasting, very bland.
Dishes like these make non-vegans say "o, vegan food is so

bland" I guess 😂.
Won't recommend this dish if you are a spice lover.
The sweet potato noodles are so soft and chewy !!

One of my favourite dishes here! Great flavour! Chewy noodles. Loaded with vegetables and mushrooms.

Topped with sesame seeds.

This tasted all right, not much special but came with lots of vege and variety

of mushrooms. Good to share too.
I was very full by this point so maybe my opinion would be different if I was hungrier

So rich and flavorful with the aroma and seasoning from the sesame oil, soy sauce

and shiitake! The sprinkle of sesame seeds adds to the overall fragrance as well. Noodles were springy and tasty. Generous portion, and wide variety of veggies too!

Another tasty dish! I liked the large variety of veggies and mushrooms in it but

wish there was a bit more noodles compared to the veggies as you can barely see the japchae under it when its first served. Portion is large like most other food in daehwa but might not seem so because of the gigantic plate. $15

Korean glass noodles that are delicious, there's mushroom, asparagus, capsicum, sesame. Really fragrant and chewy,

portion are big so great for sharing.
