i built my own bowl with brown rice, beyond meat crumbles, mushrooms, roasted red peppers, cucumber, edamame, red cabbage, black sesame seeds, and a red pepper sauce.
there is a big variety of vegan options offered here and super easy to build your own bowl, wrap, salad, etc! i didn’t enjoy the combos i chose here. if i were to change things, i would have gotten tofu, a different veggie instead of sesame seeds, more sauce/sriracha (super dry and flavorless!!) and overall different veggies that go together.
