I must regretfully inform that this actually works really well 🙏😔 The department of things that shouldn’t be together said ever since the invention of kaya-banana-cheese #pizza, the floodgate to Victorian horror #fusion dishes are on an all time high. In our nightmare of a timeline? They are winning ✊ Thanks @waterlily for letting your intrusive thoughts get the best of you so we could all partake in the consumption of this midsommarian atrocity. The #rendang as you can imagine is of the sweeter “Chinese vegetarian”, as I would dub, variant. Because of that, it pairs excellently with the #vegancheese they used. Think of how more acidic, sweeter bases such as tomato generally work well with savoury cheeses. Then topped over the #veganpizza was of course blocks of #tofu because why not? We have no rules here. It actually worked exceptionally well too. Kind of like #feta - a palate cleanser to the chaos of it all. I’d highly recommend it 😞👏

The dish was nice. Had the rendang taste. The vegan cheese was just enough. Pizza base thin crust. Enjoyed it. Quite filling.
