Curry Don With Monkey Head Mushrooms

Generally okay. when I went there, they ran out of the udon noodles so they changed the noodles and the "meat" to the "prawn"

YUMM! Went to lucky cat with my girlfriends! Got the curry don in rice and it tasted much better than the noodles IMO! ☺️ they ran out of katsu so we change to the monkeyhead mushroom and it was so good!! Crispy and juicy! Yum! #abillionturns3

Swap the katsu patty with some vegan mushroom nuggets. Works well too.

Dish was already vegan. Quite standard Japanese Curry, delicious nonetheless. A bit pricey though at $9. Also bought the Salmon Sashimi. The texture was a bit hard to pass off as salmon sashimi, but it still was enough to satisfy my sashimi cravings. Portion was good for $4.

This was amazingly delightful. Slightly modified as they ran out of the katsu patty. The monkey head mushroom nuggets were nice and crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside. And the curry gravy was smooth and creamy.
