curried vegetable crew stew

Very enjoyable. The pineapple tofu was a really unique touch, and I enjoyed it. The curried vegetables were nice with the rice and the prata. A very hearty lunch all in all!

the best thing i’ve eaten at disney yet. the coconut rice was GLORIOUS as well as the vegetables themselves. the fried tofu pieces were one of my favorite parts as they were crispy and flavorful. the naan on the side was very yummy too!! i finished the entire dish and regretted nothing. truly one of the best meals i’ve had in a while.
