Cumin Seed Pulao

Loved this too. Could taste the spices very much. Had a few bits and pieces of cashew nuts as garnish. However, this was rather oily and rather pricey.

So damn good. I love the rendition of spices and just so well done

This is basmati rice cooked with cumin seeds, herbs and spices. The taste is quite interesting, different from the powdered cumin. It is a little bit earthy.
