The two-tone, different colors of, sweet potatoes were greatly appreciated and perhaps the highlight of
the dish. My preference is for fries to be either thin and crispy or even at times to be a bit thicker but to have an appropriate length. In this case, the fries had many short pieces, which make it more difficult to use the sauce and needed a bit more time in the fryer. More seasoning was needed for flavor. Very average without much originality.
