Cucumber, barley & seaweed

we were off for a treat yesterday when we got this- oyster mushrooms/ my favourite! I really like the hugee amounts of barley in because barley is so filling and nutritious (can’t remember what it’s rich in bcos i forgot things i used to read). Definitely fibre though!! Hahah
