Crunchy on the outside and creamy on the inside. Delicious but less intense in flavor. The texture was what made it more interesting to me.

Di san xian croquettes are one of my favourites at Duli. Crispy, crunchy and golden on the outside, creamy and delicious on the inside. This is a clever reinvention of a classic dish. Plus, it’s yum! And crispy! Nom nom 🤤
