Buonissime crocchette di spinaci con una ottima impanatura asciutta e croccante e una salsina per accompagnare. Sopra sono chicchi di sale... Li ho adorati. Purtroppo le ho dovute condividere con gli altri commensali... Voglio provare subito a ripetere la ricetta!!!! Adoro gli spinaci, ancora più a purea!!!
