Purtroppo questa bakery era 100% vegan ma è di recente diventata vegetariana, tutte le paste dolci sono ancora vegane ma in quelle salate e nei piatti da ordinare dal menù ci sono uova e formaggi, oltre che latte vaccino per le bevande. Sigh. Questoncroissant mi è piaciuto molto! L'impasto è di quelli un pò scrocchiarelli e perfettamente sfogliato, senza retrogusto di margarina e non troppo dolce, la crema di pistacchio è di buona qualità e abbastanza abbondante all'interno. Costo un pò alto per le dimensioni, ma in linea con i prezzi di Mitte. 🗓 settembre '24 - 4,00 €

Nice idea but I expected something different. The croissant is amazing, actually I think FREA created the best vegan croissants 🥐 but this variety is not made for me. It is filled with a very liquid pistachio cream which is very sweet and tastes a lot like cream. Piena zeppa di ottima crema al pistacchio non stucchevole e poco dolce. Sfogliata divinamente e croccante
