Crispy Tofu

I love tofu in all forms but fried is my favorite. The batter is crispy and the sauce with the cashews and greens is perfect. (pictured are the garlic knots and crispy tofu).

Tofu is fluffy under the crispy fried batter. The sauce tastes bell pepper based and is really good
