CRISPY FRIED TOFU IN KOREAN WING SAUCE

Very good! Tofu was perfect texture, crispy on the outside, and not too chewy. Korean wing sauce was a bit spicy, but good. This is an appetizer, but I paired it with broccolini and made a meal. :)
