Crispy Artichoke Cakes

Nothing like having a full 5 course vegan meal and forgetting to take a single photo! The crispy artichoke cakes were my favourite from Plantitude. We did their Stargazing menu and picked 3 appetizers, soup/salad, 3 entrees and 3 desserts - all vegan and it was amazing!NThe standouts were definitely this artichoke cake, the Mac and cheese and their brownie! Definitely stop by if you’re ever in the Cowichan Valley

I mean come on! This appetizer is on point. It’s unbelievably vegan 🌱 💯 getting this again! Crispy on the outside, perfectly moist and perfectly cooked on the inside 😋

amazing! The texture was so perfect. crispy outside and soft but slightly chewy inside. lovely aoli and corn salsa.

I'm disappointed in myself for taking so long to try these. They are perfectly crispy, and the sauce and salsa go so perfectly with them. I just wish you got a little more than 3 per order.

These little apples were a delicious way to start our meal. Bite sized, yummy - perfect to share with a friend. 😜
