Corned Beef Reuben

I waited so long to have this sandwich and it did not disappoint. The plant-based corned beef is from another local business (Grass Fed) and I love it when they collaborate like this! Supporting 2 vegan businesses in one dish. My mouth is still watering and I wish this would become a regular item on the menu.
