Corn "Kure Kure" Fritters

So this Michelin-guide recommended place has just refreshed its menu. If an upcycled old dish is given a new name, that makes it reviewable again, right? 😁 #abillionhacks These #corncakes were fried up and a gentle spicing. But what made this dish good was the pair of chutneys on the side 😋 One was coconut and the other tomato. Who needs dairy anyway? South Indian wins in my book, every time ☺️
