Gochujang tofu bowl

A Korean style dish with creamy style cashew sauce and tasty Korean marinated tofu. As usual, it's a healthy and nutritious dish with good portion size, it's more than it looks. It was a new addition to the menu and I would order it again, Copper Branch is underrated.
