don’t even know what goes into this but it was beyond phenomenal! The flavours were perfect!!
This dish can be veganised by opting out the poached egg. It comes with generous
amount of guacamole, topped with edamame, sliced asparagus, baby beetroot and some herbs such as mint leaves. It is an appetising and filling meal for a weekend brunch.
One of the best avo toasts imo. I still prefer the old marmite version but
this is tasty too. Quite expensive though!
