Tofu chinese salad

I was told their salad was vegan. My instant reaction included the dirtiest of looks. However, this salad is an addiction. The glaze dressing that they use takes a couple bites to truly entice you but it gets you hooked. The salad had shredded lettuce, cut almonds, tofu, and green onions.
