Coconut bacon

Wasn’t sure what to expect with this coconut bacon, which was a side for my Reuben tempeh sandwich… but this was impressive, and in my experience as a #Vegan so far; pretty unique! Will try to recreate this at home! #Veganyogi #veganisnotscary #coconutlover
