for usual nasi uduk, the rice is cooked with coconut milk but here i think

they substituted it with another kind of milk, not too sure, came with a little salad thing too (makin sure u eat ur greens🥬) this is a meal that won’t leave you too full and is nothingness super special, it’s a “healthified” typical indonesian dish with a portion just the right size, not bursting with so much distinct flavor but that’s what i like about it: a simple, satisfactory meal 🍚 humble ingredients, simple dishes like these are what bring me comfort and appreciation for food! also has such great value!!! i’ve mentioned this before but food from club sehat are way more “affordable” than other vegan food businesses, while still packing your nutrients onto your plate with healthy, quality ingredients! #jaan
