The Vegan Club Sandwich from The Conscious Kitchen. 3 layers of sourdough, guacamole, marinated baked tofu, coconut bacon, tomato, baby spinach & vegan mayo with a side of sweet potato fries (R95). HIGHLY RECOMMEND! #capetownveganmademedoit 🌱🥪🥑🥓

A seriously tasty and generous sandwich. The chips weren’t my favorite (think they are store bought) but the sour dough is delicious
Generous portion and so tasty. Marinated tofu with super delicious coconut bacon, guacamole, tomatoes, baby spinach and a mayo dressing on sourdough. AND a pile of sweet potato fries. What's not to like. Come hungry 😋.
Ahhhhh this was so satisfying!!! The tofu was delicious as was the dressing! And the sour dough was heavenly. An absolute winner 🌟
