Listen to my #firstworldproblems - I've always struggled with whether club breakfasts (i.e. chiefly à-la-carte offerings with a somewhat limited buffet) offer better value than the full buffet that they put on in the restaurant's main all-day venue. Usually club access comes with the option of either, so I had to pick where I would be more likely to get my #breakfastofchampions 😁
I went with the club lounge because I knew the chef was specially preparing stuff for me (ask and you shall receive 🙂). Man she did not disappoint . For the "main" I was served the admittedly lightweight #rocket #salad with #avocado #olives and #berrylover #cranberry, with a #balsamic glaze and a light infusion of what tasted like #pesto 😋 And to seal the deal, that picture is of the "dessert" - a #coconutjelly with different pieces of #freshfruit embedded inside. I lost count but #lychee #orange and #grape for sure. Then #raspberry #watermelon and #dragonfruit (cut into the shape of a sphere) on top, alongside the garnish of #edibleflower and #rocket (yes! 😯) 10/10 for this effort alone!
